- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms until they are soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
- Add the sautéed mixture to the meat mixture and blend well.
- Shape the mixture into a wreath on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meat is cooked through.
- Let it rest before slicing and serving.

- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs to the meat mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a vegetable side.
