Ingredients

- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, green onions, mushrooms, and carrots.
- Let the broth simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot with wontons or noodles.
Notes
- This broth can be made ahead and stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
- Add any vegetables you like for extra flavor!
