- 1 head radicchio, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the radicchio and sauté until wilted.
- Stir in the anchovy paste and lemon juice, mixing well.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with the radicchio mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

- For extra flavor, add capers to the anchovy sauce.
