- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sage, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the prosciutto and mozzarella on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
- Slice the pinwheels into 1-inch pieces and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a layer of spinach or arugula before rolling.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
