- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water and salt to a boil.
- Slowly add the cornmeal while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm, topped with grated cheese and sour cream.
