Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the roasted red peppers and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the goat cheese and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

- For a spicy kick, add more red pepper flakes.
