- 2 cups grapes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 fresh baguette
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the grapes with olive oil and rosemary.
- Spread the grapes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until soft.
- While the grapes are roasting, slice the baguette and arrange on a serving platter.
- Top the baguette slices with crumbled feta cheese.
- Once the grapes are done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then spoon them over the feta.
- Drizzle honey over the top and serve warm.
