 - 1 lemon, cut into wedges
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
 - Place the marrow bones upright in a roasting pan.
 - Sprinkle the sea salt generously over the bones.
 - Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is soft and begins to bubble.
 - Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

- Serve with crusty bread for scooping out the marrow.
