- 1 package Ritz crackers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces sliced deli meat (turkey or ham)
- 4 ounces sliced cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on one Ritz cracker.
- Place a slice of deli meat on top of the cream cheese.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the deli meat.
- Spread a little mustard on another Ritz cracker and place it on top to make a sandwich.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like lettuce or tomato for extra flavor.
- These sandwiches can also be made with different kinds of crackers.
