A delicious, rich cheesecake made with creamy guava puree.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup guava puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  6. Incorporate the guava puree, vanilla extract, and lemon juice into the mixture.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
  9. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
