Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Incorporate the guava puree, vanilla extract, and lemon juice into the mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
