- 1 package rice paper wrappers
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, green onions, water chestnuts, and cilantro.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each rice paper wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper to enclose the filling into a dumpling shape.
- Steam dumplings for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Can be served with soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
- For a spicier kick, add chili sauce to the filling.
