Deliciously sweet and crispy Rice Krispie Puddings that are easy to prepare and fun to eat.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the Rice Krispies until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
  7. Serve with milk for dipping.

Notes

  • For a chocolate variation, add chocolate chips to the mixture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
