Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
- Combine the egg whites with almond flour mixture, add almond and vanilla extracts and salt.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Garnish each cookie with sliced almonds.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
