Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the red food coloring and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chunks.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
