Ingredients

- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions and bake.
- Once cool, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the crumbled cake and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Let them set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
- Decorate with sprinkles for extra flair!
