A delicious and vibrant hummus duo served with crispy pita trees.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 pita bread

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend cooked spinach, avocado, and sesame seeds until smooth.
  3. Serve both hummus in a duo, garnished with olive oil and sesame seeds.
  4. For pita trees, cut pita bread into tree shapes and bake until crispy.
