- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 pita bread
Instructions
- In a blender, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, blend cooked spinach, avocado, and sesame seeds until smooth.
- Serve both hummus in a duo, garnished with olive oil and sesame seeds.
- For pita trees, cut pita bread into tree shapes and bake until crispy.
