This Raw Avocado Lime Mousse is a creamy, refreshing dessert that combines the richness of avocados with the zesty flavor of lime.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
  6. Transfer to serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • Can be topped with fresh berries or shredded coconut.
