- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
- Transfer to serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolate version, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- Can be topped with fresh berries or shredded coconut.
