Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine raspberries, rose water, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pie crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the raspberry mixture in the center of the crust, leaving a border.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the filling, pleating it as you go.
- Brush the crust with the egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
