Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine raspberries, rose water, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place the raspberry mixture in the center of the crust, leaving a border.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling, pleating it as you go.
  6. Brush the crust with the egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
