Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the beef drippings over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and rosemary, sautéing until fragrant.
- Season the quails with salt and black pepper.
- Place the quails in the skillet, browning them on all sides.
- Transfer the quails to a baking dish and pour the garlic-infused drippings over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the quails overnight in the drippings.
- Serve with roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
