- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
