Delicious and festive puff pastry palmiers, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon evenly over the pastry.
  4. Fold the pastry into a roll from both sides towards the center.
  5. Slice the rolled pastry into pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
