- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Rub the pork shoulder with sea salt and liquid smoke.
- Place the pork in the pressure cooker and add water.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high for 90 minutes.
- Allow for natural pressure release.
- Shred the pork and serve.

- For added flavor, you can use Hawaiian sea salt.
