Ingredients

  • 1 whole pork shoulder
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rub the pork shoulder with sea salt and liquid smoke.
  2. Place the pork in the pressure cooker and add water.
  3. Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high for 90 minutes.
  4. Allow for natural pressure release.
  5. Shred the pork and serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can use Hawaiian sea salt.
  • This dish can be served in tacos or with rice.
