Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sugar, coconut milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
