- 1 round Brie cheese
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Top the Brie with pomegranate arils, chopped pecans, and drizzle with honey.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing the edges.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
