- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons green food coloring
- 2 tablespoons purple food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until combined.
- Separate the batter into two bowls. Color one half green and the other half purple.
- Pour alternate spoonfuls of the green and purple batter onto the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Slice and serve with a sprinkle of magic!
