Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing it down to cover the bottom.
  5. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the baked dough.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced pepperoni and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Sprinkle the dried oregano and garlic powder on top for added flavor.
  9. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
