- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, vinegar, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add the beef back to the pan, stir well to combine, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in another pan and fry the potato slices until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve the beef stir-fry with the crispy fried potatoes on the side.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider serving with aji sauce.
