- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt, and mix until smooth.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Using a fork, press down on each cookie to create a crisscross pattern.
- Make an indentation in the center of each cookie and fill with jelly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
