Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons sumac
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 pieces of flatbread
  • 1 onion, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with sumac, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken cooks, warm the flatbread on the grill or in a pan.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and layer it on the flatbread with onion and tomato.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional sumac if desired.
