  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots, cooking until softened.
  4. Add parsley, spinach, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice, then stir to combine.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Spoon the mixture over each oyster.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
