- 12 fresh oysters
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots, cooking until softened.
- Add parsley, spinach, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice, then stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and mix in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Spoon the mixture over each oyster.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
