Ingredients

- 1 package feta cheese
- 1 package phyllo pastry
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, crumble the feta and mix with salt and pepper.
- Lay out phyllo pastry and brush with olive oil.
- Place crumbled feta at one end of the pastry and roll tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a small pot, warm honey and add chili flakes.
- Drizzle chili honey over baked feta rolls before serving.
Notes
- For added spice, increase the amount of chili flakes.
- Serve with fresh herbs for garnish.
