- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; mix until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
- Roll each part into a ball shape.
- Roll one cheese ball in chopped nuts, one in paprika, and one in chives.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
