- 1 cup yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the yogurt, olive oil, vanilla, and citrus zests. Mix well.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before glazing.
- For the glaze, combine powdered sugar with citrus juice to desired consistency.
- Spread the glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
