This easy No-Knead Turkish Bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  5. Flour your work surface, then turn the dough onto it and shape it into a ball.
  6. Carefully place the dough in the hot Dutch oven and cover.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
