Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Flour your work surface, then turn the dough onto it and shape it into a ball.
- Carefully place the dough in the hot Dutch oven and cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
