Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the pitted dates and nuts until they form a sticky mixture.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), chia seeds, and shredded coconut. Process until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and press it down evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
