Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, erythritol, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.

- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
