- 1 cup crushed graham crackers

- 1 cup mulberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in mulberries, Earl Grey tea leaves, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh mulberries if available.
- Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for enhanced flavor.
