A delightful cheesecake infused with the aromatic flavors of Earl Grey tea and the sweetness of mulberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mulberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Earl Grey tea leaves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in mulberries, Earl Grey tea leaves, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh mulberries if available.
  • Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for enhanced flavor.
