This traditional Moroccan flatbread is perfect for scooping up stews and tagines.

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.

  5. Divide the dough into balls and flatten them into discs.
