  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, 1/2 cup sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Mix in flour gradually until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Roll out the dough to fit a greased baking pan.
  8. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the rolled-out dough.
  9. Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
