- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, 1/2 cup sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Mix in flour gradually until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough to fit a greased baking pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the rolled-out dough.
- Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use more butter in the topping.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
