Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet rice flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
