Deliciously chewy mochi brownies that combine the best of both worlds—rich chocolate and the unique texture of mochi.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet rice flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Add water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
