Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the chicken broth and miso paste to the pot, stirring until the miso is dissolved.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the cooked ramen to the broth mixture and pour in the egg mixture, stirring quickly to create a creamy sauce.
- Season with soy sauce and black pepper, then mix in the green onions.
- Serve immediately while hot.
