Instructions
- In a pot, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
- Add the miso paste, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce, stirring until well combined.
- Allow the broth to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, green onions, and spinach just before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
