- 1/2 pound salami
- 1/2 pound ham
- 1/4 pound provolone cheese
- 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup giardiniera
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped olives and giardiniera with olive oil.
- Layer the salami, ham, provolone, and mozzarella on the bottom half of the bread.
- Spoon the olive mixture evenly over the cheeses.
- Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Slice into mini sandwiches and serve cold.
