Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, cheese, bell peppers, onion, and taco seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, add the chicken mixture, and top with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip carefully to cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
