Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts (such as pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, green onions, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in chopped nuts until coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
