- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in cornstarch and vinegar gently.
- Spoon meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in small circles.
- Bake for 1 hour or until crisp on the outside.
- Let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Top cooled pavlovas with whipped cream and mixed berries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
