Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until tender.
- Let cool slightly, then top with sour cream and chives before serving.
