- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the mixture out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into small squares.
Notes
- For a crunchy texture, substitute half of the creamy peanut butter with crunchy peanut butter.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top before refrigerating for an extra chocolatey treat.
