- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- In a skillet, sauté the spinach until wilted, then spread it evenly over the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese and shredded cheese over the spinach.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and spinach in the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This quiche can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like tomatoes or bell peppers.
- Great served with a side salad.
