Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the spinach until wilted, then spread it evenly over the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle the feta cheese and shredded cheese over the spinach.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and spinach in the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
