Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain the excess fat and return the beef to the skillet.
- Add the cream cheese and taco seasoning, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and mixed.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with chilies and sour cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot with tortilla chips.
